	Sangeet Visharad/KovidNid/ Sangeet Prabhakar	60% marks in aggregate
For Karnataka Music
1.	B.A. (Hons.) (Karnatak) Music Examination of Delhi University Or an examination recognised as equivalent thereto.	50% marks in aggregate
2.	B.A. (Pass) Examination of Delhi University with Music as one of the elective Subjects or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto	45% marks in aggregate with 55% marks in Music
3.	B. Music (Hons.) Vocal/lnstrumental/ Examination of the Venkteshwara University.	55% marks in aggregate
4.	B.A. ( Pass )/B.Sc.( Gen.)/B. Com. (Pass) Examination of University or an examination recognised as equivalent thereto and also having passed anyone of the following examinations:	45% marks in aggregate
	Sangeet Shiromani Diploma (Karnatak) Examination of Delhi University	60% marks in aggregate
	Diploma in Music of the Madras/ Andhra/Banaras Hindu University	60% marks in aggregate

Admission Procedure

All candidates shall apply online for admission to M. A. Music (HIndustai/Karnatak) Course. The centeralised registration of the candidates will be made from 1st March,2014 to 10th April, 2014.
The General /OBC Category candidates applying for admission to M. A. Music shall be charged registration fee @ 500/- for each application.
In the case of the candidates belonging to the SC/ST/PwD the registration fee will be Rs. 250/- for each appliction.
50% of the total intake to be filled by direct admission of the students of the University of Delhi and the remaining 50% for admission through practical entrance test (Performance). If any seat remains vacant against direct admission category due to non-availability of eligible candidates, the same shall be transferred and filled through practical entrance test (Performance).
The Department shall prepare merit lists of candidates for both the direct admission as well as the Practical entrance test (Performance) categories. Separate merit lists shall be prepared for the reserved as also the Supernumerary category candidates in accordance with the University rules.
